- Grilled pork tenderloin, calvados demi-glace sauce and goat cheese crumble - Roast beef marinated with rosemary and dijon, red wine demi-glace sauce
- Duck leg confit, grand marnier demi-glace sauce, orange zest and cranberries
- Salmon fillet with fine herbs, walnut crust, creamy limoncello sauce
