    Choice of 2 main dishes per group (3rd “vegetarian” option available)

    • Grilled pork tenderloin, calvados demi-glace sauce and goat cheese crumble - Roast beef marinated with rosemary and dijon, red wine demi-glace sauce 
    • Duck leg confit, grand marnier demi-glace sauce, orange zest and cranberries
    •  Salmon fillet with fine herbs, walnut crust, creamy limoncello sauce
