    Minimum order: 12 servings. The price indicated is per person.

    SERVICE No. 1

    • Salad of mixed lettuce, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onions, flaked almonds and dried cranberries, served with an old-fashioned mustard and honey vinaigrette

    SERVICE No. 2 

    Choice of 2 main courses per group (3rd "vegetarian" option available)

    • Roasted pork tenderloin with dijon mustard, garlic and rosemary, demi-glace sauce with apple juice and calvados
    • Duck leg confit, cranberry demi-glace sauce, orange zest and Grand Marnier
    • Walnut-crusted salmon, creamy white wine sauce, shallots, dill, capers and lemon
    • Lamb shank braised in red wine and rosemary, demi-glace sauce with lamb jus
    • Portobello mushroom risotto, truffle oil, parmesan and white wine
