Q: What are your opening hours?
A: We are open every day between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. (office hours). 
The store is open from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday to Friday, and 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday and Sunday.

Q: I'm trying to reach you by phone but can't get through. What to do ? 
A: We are probably already in line with another customer. You can therefore leave us a detailed voice message and we will call you back as soon as possible. You can also write us an email to the following address: traitor@les3maitresgourmands.com
*Calls will be answered and/or returned during normal office hours, between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m.

Q: Can I apply the code GOURMAND20 to a catering order?
A: No, unfortunately. The code GOURMAND20 can only be applied to your first ready-to-eat meal order.

Q: Where can I apply the promo code GOURMAND20?
A: You will have a designated section at the very end, when paying for the order. (picture)

Q: Can I order with you over the phone?
A: You can order directly from the website. Having a high volume of orders and calls every day, it is impossible for us to take orders over the phone. If this is your first order with us and you would like guidance, we will of course always be happy to assist you by telephone, if necessary.
    Q: There was an error in my ready-to-eat meal order, what should I do? (Ex: missing dish, wrong quantity of a dish ordered, etc.)
    A: We are sincerely sorry for this. We therefore invite you to send us an email with a photo of the order, the order number, as well as some information on the problem linked to it. Depending on the situation, we will offer you an alternative (refund, credit on the next order, etc.) that will satisfy you 100%.

    Q: What are the shipping costs associated with the different services?
    A: Ready to Eat = Free delivery with all orders over $100.00 (before taxes)
    Group catering service: Fixed delivery fee of $30.00 or $40.00 depending on the delivery area.
    *Charge a fee of $0.60 per kilometer (round trip) if you are located more than 100 km from our branch. The cost will be calculated automatically by the website when the delivery information is entered.

    Q: I would like to order a menu, but I have some people with food restrictions and/or allergies in my group. So, is it possible to make certain changes in the menu?
    A: Yes, it would be possible to modify certain items so that the menu suits all your guests. We suggest you enter allergies/restrictions/substitution suggestions in the section named “Comments to the kitchen” (image). We will then contact you if necessary to clarify the options.

    Q: I would like to order a buffet (hot and/or cold), but I don't understand how your quantity system works?
    A: We divide the portions more or less equally depending on the number of people to serve. Example: For a group of 20 people, you will have 10 servings of salad #1, and 10 servings of salad #2, and so on for the main meal options.

    Q: We have children in our group, do you offer a special menu for them?
    A: We do not have meal options specifically designed for children. However, you can count the quantities according to this “calculation”: 
    Children aged 9 and under = ½ portion
    Children aged 10 and over: 1 serving

    Q: I have X people with gluten intolerance in my group, do you have gluten-free options?
    A: We do have some options, we invite you to report the request in the section named “Comments to the kitchen” (image), as well as to specify The number of people.
    *It is important to note that we are not an allergen-free kitchen and our dishes may therefore contain traces. However, we have implemented rigorous protocols in order to avoid cross-contamination.

    Q: How far in advance should I order my menu? 
    A: We always require a minimum of 48 hours notice for any catering order. You also have up to 48 hours before the delivery date to notify us of any changes related to the order.
    *It is obviously recommended to order as early as possible in order to ensure your place on the calendar, especially considering that we accept any type of modification up to 48 hours before your event. 

    Q: I have changes to make related to my order, how should I proceed?
    A: We invite you to call us at (514) 583-7711 during business hours (every day between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m.) so that we can make the changes manually in the system. You can also send us an email (traiteur@les3maitresgourmands.com) telling us the order number as well as the changes to be made. You will receive automatic confirmations by email when these are completed.
