FOR CATERING SERVICE ORDERS
Q: I would like to order a menu, but I have some people in my group with dietary restrictions and/or allergies. Is it possible to make changes to the menu?
A: Yes, it is possible to modify certain items so that the menu suits all your guests. We suggest that you list any allergies/restrictions/substitution requests in the section labeled “Comments to the kitchen.” We will then contact you for further details if necessary.
Q: I would like to order a buffet, but I don't understand how your quantity system works.
A: We divide the portions more or less equally based on the number of people to be served. (E.g., for a group of 20 people, you will have 10 portions of salad #1, 10 portions of salad #2, and so on for the main course options).
Q: We have children in our group. Do you offer a special menu for them?
A: We do not have meal options specifically designed for children. However, you can calculate quantities based on the following guidelines:
Children aged 9 and under = ½ portion
Children aged 10 and over = 1 portion
Q: I have people in my group who are gluten intolerant. Do you have gluten-free options?
A: We do have a few options. Please indicate your request in the section labeled “Comments to the kitchen” and specify the number of people. We will contact you for further details if necessary.
*It is important to note that we are not an allergen-free kitchen and that our dishes may therefore contain traces of allergens. However, we have implemented rigorous protocols to prevent cross-contamination.
