Master Nicolas
Nicolas holds a Bachelor of Business Administration and Marketing from Concordia University and has 17 years of experience in restaurants and food servic17.

Master Henri
Henri is a graduate of the Institut de tourisme et d’hôtellerie du Québec and has 35 years of experience in the hotel and food service industry.

Master Jonathan
Jonathan is a graduate of L'École hôtelière de Laval and has 22 years of experience in the hotel and restaurant industry
