Les 3 Maîtres Gourmands is a family business made up of Maitre Henri and his two sons; Master Jonathan and Master Nicolas. Together they have a real passion for food and great service. Learn more about their respective backgrounds below.
The 3 Masters
Nicolas holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Marketing from Concordia University and has 8 years of experience in catering and food service.
Henri is a graduate of the Institut de tourisme et d'hôtellerie du Québec and has 35 years of experience in the hotel and food service industry.
Jonathan is a graduate of L'École hôtelière de Laval and has 13 years of experience in the hotel and restaurant industry.
