Les 3 Maîtres Gourmands is a family business made up of Maitre Henri and his two sons; Master Jonathan and Master Nicolas. Together they have a true passion for food and great service. Learn more about their respective journeys below.
The 3 Masters
Master Nicolas
Nicolas holds a Bachelor of Business Administration and Marketing from Concordia University and has 8 years of experience in restaurants and food service.
Master Henri
Henri is a graduate of the Institut de tourisme et d’hôtellerie du Québec and has 35 years of experience in the hotel and food service industry.
Master Jonathan
Jonathan is a graduate of L'École hôtelière de Laval and has 13 years of experience in the hotel and restaurant industry.
