Entries:

- Assorted Mediterranean dips: Hummus (chickpea dip), Babaghanoush (eggplant dip), served with roasted pita chips

- Platter including vine leaves stuffed with rice, lemon and dill and bhalloumi cheese roches, cherry tomatoes and zaatar olives


Salads (2 choices):

- Fattoush salad, mixed lettuce, cherry tomatoes, cucumbers, peppers, red onions, sumac, fresh mint, roasted pita breads, olive oil vinaigrette, lemon juice, garlic, cumin and Armenian pepper

- Traditional Greek salad, tomatoes, cucumbers, red onions, peppers, Kalamata olives, feta cheese, oregano, olive oil and red wine vinegar vinaigrette

- Bulgur tabbouleh, tomatoes, mint, parsley, cucumbers, lemon juice, peppers, red onions and olive oil


Main courses:

- Grilled Greek chicken breasts, lemon, garlic, oregano, homemade tzatziki sauce (garlic yogurt)

- Grilled filet mignon kebabs, marinated with roasted pepper paste, garlic, Mediterranean spices and olive oil
