Product information
Our service staff will be on-site for a total of 4 hours, including 1 hour for setup and 3 hours of service. They will oversee buffet service and/or the passing of hors d’oeuvres to your guests. All necessary equipment is included, such as chafing dishes, heat lamps, fryers, serving utensils, decorative displays, and any other required service equipment.
Please note that tip is not included in our rates.
We reserve the right to determine the number of service staff required based on the nature of your event and the selected menu.
Should you require additional service time, extra hours are available at a rate of $60.00 per hour, per server.
For wine service, a corkage fee of $7.00 per opened bottle will apply. This fee will be calculated and charged following your event based on actual consumption.
Once your order has been confirmed, a member of our team will contact you a few days prior to your event to review the final details and coordinate all logistical arrangements.
