BITES PLATTER
- Chef's choice platter includes caprese, raw vegetables and dip, mini quiches, spinach "spanakopita" puff pastry (may contain skewers)

HOT MEAL - 2 CHOICES + VEGGIE OPTION
- Pork tenderloin medallions served with a red wine Bordelaise sauce
- Piri piri chicken breasts served with fresh herb chimichurri sauce
- Lemon and oregano chicken breasts served with dill tzatziki sauce
- Gigi Pasta with Bacon, Ham, Mushrooms and Rosé Sauce
- Pan-fried flank steak served with a pepper and cognac sauce (+10$/pers)
- Stir-fried pearl couscous with sun-dried tomatoes, olives, zucchini and feta (vegetarian)
