We offer the option of adding on-site servers for events with hot buffets and/or dinner cocktail reception.
The cost for on-site service is $10.00/person (min. 20 people = min. $200.00). Tip is not included.
Servers will be on site for a total of 4 hours —1 hour for setup + 3 hours of service— to serve you at the buffet and/or pass hors d'oeuvres. Equipment included (stoves, heating lamps, fryers, decorations, serving utensils, etc.).
Need more service time? You will be charged an additional $50.00/hour (per server), if necessary.Tip is not included.
- If you would like wine service, we charge a corkage fee of $7.00 per bottle opened. The fee will be calculated at the end of your event.
- Once the order has been placed, we will contact you a few days before the event to plan the logistics with you.
- If you order a cocktail and would like service, you will need to add the chef on site to your order. No cocktail service can be provided without a chef.
- Please note that our service includes buffet-style service and not table service. -
