- Platter of “chef’s choice” appetizers including caprese, raw vegetables and dip, mini quiches, “spanakopita” spinach puff pastry (can contain skewers)

- Mixed lettuce, almond and dried cranberry salad served with a whole-grain mustard and maple vinaigrette
- Legume salad with dill, lemon and feta cheese crumble
- Pasta salad served with creamy pesto dressing
- Quinoa salad with dates, coriander and lemon zest
- Red cabbage, green cabbage and carrot salad
HOT MEAL - 2 CHOICES + VEGETARIAN OPTION
- Pork tenderloin medallions served with red wine Bordeaux sauce
- Piri piri chicken breasts served with fresh herb chimichurri sauce
- Lemon and Oregano Chicken Breasts Served with Dill Tzatziki Sauce
- Gigi pasta with bacon, ham, mushrooms and rosé sauce
- Pan-fried flank steak served with pepper and cognac sauce (+$10/pers)
- Pearl couscous stir-fry with dried tomatoes, olives, zucchini and feta (vegetarian)
All meals include chef's choice accompaniments (except pasta and couscous)
DESSERT
- Chef's choice dessert tray - holds assorted cakes, mousses, tartlets, cookies, brownies and/or fruit salad with mint and mango juice
