- Platter of “chef’s choice” appetizers including caprese, raw vegetables and dip, mini quiches, “spanakopita” spinach puff pastry (can contain skewers)

- Mixed lettuce, almond and dried cranberry salad served with a whole-grain mustard and maple vinaigrette
