Handling fee = 18% of total food. Waiters will be on site for 3 hours to serve you at the buffet and/or to pass your appetizers. Equipment included (stoves, heat lamps, fryers, decoration, disposable tableware). $50/hour extra if you wish. We arrive 1 hour early in order to settle in.
The tip is not included.
- If you require wine service, we charge a corkage fee of $7 per opened bottle. The fee will be calculated at the end of your event.
- Once the order has been placed, please call us at 514 583 7711 to validate certain details for the service.
- If you order a cocktail and want service, you must add the on-site chef to your order. No cocktail service will be carried out without a chef.
- Please note that our service includes buffet style service and not table service.
Finally, we will contact you a few days before your event to finalize all the logistics.
