Handling fee = 18% of total food. Servers will be on site for 3 hours to serve you at the buffet and/or to pass your canapes. Equipment included (heaters, hot lamps, fryers, decoration for the buffet, disposable dishes). 50$/h in addition if you wish. We arrive 1 hour early to set up.
Tip is not included.
- If you require wine service, we charge a cork fee of $7 per bottle opened. The fee will be calculated at the end of your event.
- Once the order has been placed, please call us at 514 583 7711 to validate certain details for the service.
- If you order a cocktail and want the service, you must add the chef on site to your order. No cocktail service will be performed without a chef.
Finally, we will contact you a few days before your event to finalize the logistics.
