- Chef's choice platter includes caprese, raw vegetables and dip, mini quiches, spinach "spanakopita" puff pastry (may contain skewers)

SALADS - 2 CHOICES
- Salad of mixed lettuce, almonds and dried cranberries served with an old-fashioned mustard and maple vinaigrette
- Bean salad with dill, lemon and feta cheese crumble
- Pasta salad served with a creamy pesto vinaigrette
- Quinoa salad with dates, coriander and lemon zest
- Red cabbage, green cabbage and carrot salad
HOT MEAL - 2 CHOICES + VEGGIE OPTION
- Pork tenderloin medallions served with a red wine Bordelaise sauce
- Piri piri chicken breasts served with fresh herb chimichurri sauce
- Lemon and oregano chicken breasts served with dill tzatziki sauce
- Gigi Pasta with Bacon, Ham, Mushrooms and Rosé Sauce
- Pan-fried flank steak served with a pepper and cognac sauce (+10$/pers)
- Stir-fried pearl couscous with sun-dried tomatoes, olives, zucchini and feta (vegetarian)
All meals include chef's choice sides (except pasta and couscous)
DESSERT
- Chef's choice dessert platter - can hold assorted cakes, mousses, tarts, cookies, brownies and/or fruit salad with mint and mango juice
